9 pieces of bacon (cooked 1/2)
18 water chestnuts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp brown sugar

Soak halved chestnuts in soy sauce (enough to cover) and ginger for 1 hour. Poll chestnuts in brown sugar, wrap bacon pieces around chestnuts and broil until bacon is crisp. (watch carefully)
