12 large mushrooms
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup basil (fresh, finely chopped)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 green onions ( finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp soy sauce
Salt / Pepper to taste

In a bowl mix bread crumbs, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix crab meat, green onions and soy sauce. Remove mushroom stems, stuff mushrooms with mixture and cover with bread crumbs. Cut 4 pieces of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange mushrooms in the middle, seal and bake for15 minutes.
