1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 cup of slivered almonds
1 pkg instant coconut pudding( sub. with vanilla pudding)
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 pkg of instant vanilla pudding
1 container of whipped topping
1 tsp of almond extract

Directions:

In bowl combine butter, flour, coconut, brown sugar and almonds.
press lightly into a greased 9x13 pan
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to form a coarse mixture, cool. divide crumb mixture in half. press half into the bottom of the baking pan. in a mixing bowl, beat puddings and milk. fold in whipped topping. spoon over crust. top with remaining crumb mixture, cover and freeze. may garnish with strawberries if desired.
