2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinn. 2 c. sugar 2/3 c. oil 3/4 c. baking cocoa 4 eggs 1 tbsp.vanilla 1 cup powdered sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
In big bowl add 1st 4 ingrients, then in seperate bowl; mix oil, eggs & vanilla add to flour mixture. mix well. let chill for 2 hr. Then roll into small balls, coat well with powdered sugar.. bake at 350* for 12 to 14 min.
