1 loaf Italian Bread, or any hard crusted bread, unsliced
Approx 3/4 cup of butter spread of choice
Approx 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Approx 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
Approx 1 tbsp Italian seasoning mix (or oregano), finely ground
(I use any other Italian cheeses I have on hand, asIago, etc)

Directions:
Slice bread in 1/2, the long way. Mix all remaining ingredients together and spread on bread halves. Place on cookie sheet, open faced, and bake at 375-400 until cheese mix is melted and browned slightly.
