3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c oil
1 t baking soda
1 1/4 t cinnamon
1 1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 c flour
4 apples, sliced
1/2 c nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, as listed, until well blended. Spread in greased (bottom only) 13" x 9" pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350 sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can serve topped with Cool Whip.

Delicious and very easy to make. You can use apples that are turning soft.
