2 pieces wheat pita bread 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes and juice 1 cup packed basil leaves, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1 T basil or cilantro Pesto sauce 1/5 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 t sea salt
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine above ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spread on top of pita slices on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 pizzas.
