1 cup soft shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

Sift together 2 3/4 cups flour 2 tsp. Cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Chill dough. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Mix together 2 Tbsp. sugar & 2 tsp. Cinnamon. Roll balls in this. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake @ 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
