2 pounds boneless skinless chicken
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
2 large cans chicken broth
2 cans (family size) cream of chicken soup
Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Poach chicken and veggies in veggie broth until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken to cool. Put broth and veggies in large crock pot or electric roasting pan. Mix the cans of broth and cream soup until smooth and add to pot. Follow directions on Bisquick box for dumplings. Add chicken. Bring broth to boil, drop Bisquick by spoonful on top, cook for about 30 minutes until biscuits are done.
