2 cups flour
1 T. baking powder
3 T. sugar
5 T. butter, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup toasted oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in food processor.
3. Pulse 6 times.
4.Add butter. Pulse 12 times.
5. Pour into bowl.
6.Mix in oatmeal (toasted in oven until golden) and chocolate chips.
7. Pour cream on top and stir until just blended.
8. Shape into flattened circle and cut into 8 pieces.
9. Place on baking sheet.
10. Bake for 14 minutes.
11. Cool on baker's rack.

These can be made so quickly in the morning and I sneak in oatmeal for a little nutrition! The key is not mixing much so they are tender, not tough.
