1 stick of butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 t cornmeal
1 t vinegar
1 t vanilla
1 8 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, add sugar and butter, corn meal, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake for about 40 minutes, until pie has set firm.
