1 pound pork sausage 6-10 eggs 4 T chopped onions 4 T chopped peppers 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c shredded cheese
Brown sausage, onion and pepper. Drain. Line small baking dish with 3/4 sausage mixture. Combine eggs and sour cream. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, until eggs are semi-set. Stir and top with remaining sausage mixture and shredded cheese. Bake another 10 minutes until eggs are firm.
