1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 c peanut butter
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c rice crispies

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 6 ingredients until fluffy. Add next 4 ingredients and press into 9"x 13" pan. Bake 350 for 12-17 minutes. Cool.
Melt 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, add 1/2 c peanut butter and 1/2 cup rice crispies. Spread on cooled cookie and cut into bars.
