2 c self-rising flour 3 eggs 1 c sugar 1/2 c oil 1 t vanilla 1 box instant jello pudding, vanilla 1 cup milk
Mix ingredients well. Melt one stick of butter in the microwave and pour into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Spread 1 c brown sugar in pan. Drain one can of crushed pineapple and spread onto brown sugar. Pour cake batter over top. Pre-heat oven to 350º and bake 30-40 minutes.
