1 pound noodles, cooked
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp shortening
6 slice apples, peeled
1/2 cup raisins
4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

After cooking noodles, add shortening, egg yolks, and all the rest of the ingredients.

Beat egg whites till stiff.
Fold in whites into noodle mixture.

Place in 8x8 pan.
Bake for 40-45 mins.
