1 lb. Kielbasa or Polish sausage-- fully cooked
and halved-- sliced 1/2 in. thick.
2 Tbls. veg. oil
1 pkg ( 5-1/4 oz) au gratin potatoes.
2-1/2 c. water
1 pkg (8 oz.) frozen California blend vegetables
1 to 2 c. ( 4 to 8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

IN a skillet, cook sausage in oil until lightly browned; drain.
Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix and water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 18 - 20 minutes or until tender--- stirring occasionally.
Add vegetables; cover and cooked for 8- 1- minutes or until potatoes and veg. are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Remover from the heat; cover and let stand for 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
