2-1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. potatoes- chopped
1 c. carrots- chopped
2 Tbls. butter
1/4 c. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese-- grated
2-1/2 c. fresh corn or 10 oz. pkg. of frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, bring water, salt, pepper to a boil.

Add potatoes and carrots- season with a little celery salt and onion powder.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 min.

In separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Whisk in flour slowly, add milk, stir until mixture boils for 1 min.

Add cheese to sauce, stir until melted.

Stir in water and veggie mixture, then add corn.
cook until heated through.
