2 containers ( 15 oz ea. ) Ricotta cheese
2 eggs- slightly beaten
2 c. (8 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese-- divided
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese- divided
4 c. pasta sauce
8 oz ( 1/2 pkg) Mueller''s Lasagne Noodles- cooked and drained
** 1 lb lean ground beef or Italian sausage** -

Preheat oven to 350º.
In medium bowl combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese and 3/4 c. Parmesan.
Spread 1 c. pasta sauce in 9 x 13 in. pan.

Layer 1/3 of the lasagne, 1/2 of the Ricotta mixture and 1 c. pasta sauce.

Repeat once.

Top with remaining lasagne and pasta sauce.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 40 min.

Remove foil, top with remaining 1/2 c Mozzarella and 1/4 c. Parmesan; bake 10 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes.

For meat sauce--- brown ground beef or sausage in large skillet ( about 10 min.) Add pasta sauce to skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Then assemble as above.

Tip--- for a quicker prep and firmer lasagne-- do not pre-boil noodles. Can use noodles that are no cook too.
