1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. vegetable oil
3 cloves minced garlic
salt
4 bone-in pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade together and pour over chops in shallow dish, turn to coat. Set aside at room temp, turning ocassionally, 15 minutes. Can grill or broil them on a foil-lined pan 4 inches from heat for 15 minutes.
