12 ounce package of jumbo shells
2 26 ounce jars spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
15 ounces ricotta cheese
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shells. Beat eggs and stir in 3 c mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c Parmesan cheese and parsley. Stuff shells with mixture and place in shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over shells. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated oven at 350º for 45 min. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted (5-10 min). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
