3/4 c Crisco shortening 1/4 c margarine, melted 1 c sugar 1 egg white dash of salt
Beat with mixer until sugar is dissolved. Scald 1/2 cup of whole milk or 2 % milk. Cool by putting in the freezer for a short time. Once milk is cool, gradually add to mixture and beat well. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and beat.
Whole milk works best. Milk can be scalded in the microwave.
