1 c butter or margarine
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt (optional)
3 cups Quaker Oats (quick)
1 c raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugars, then eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend together. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons. Baker 350º for 10-12 minutes,
