2 14 oz cans black-eyed peas,drained 1 tomatoes, cored and chopped 4 green onions, chopped 1 green and 1 red pepper, chopped 1 jalapeņo or other hot pepper, chopped 1/2 c chopped onion 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped or 1/4 c dried 8 ounces Italian dressing
Mix all together, marinate 2 hours and serve with tortilla chips.
