1 T cooking oil
1-2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts chunks
1 green peppers, sliced into thin strips
1 stalk celery, sliced into good size slices
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits, liquid reserved
1/2 c Worcestershire
2 heaping T corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown chicken in oil until almost done. Add green peppers, celery, pineapple and brown lightly. In a large measuring cup, combine pineapple juice, sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and pour over ingredients in skillet. Stir constantly until all is thick and coated. Serve over rice.
