1 lb unsalted butter, softened
6 oz baking chocolate squares, chopped
1 lb semisweet chocolate, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
2 C sugar
3 T instant coffee mix
1 T baking powder
1 t kosher salt
2 T vanilla extract
1 C flour
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 C flour

Over a double boiler, melt butter and 6 oz dark chocolate and 1 lb semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let cool to room temperature.

Whisk together the 6 extra large eggs, sugar, coffee powder and pure vanilla extract. Stir into chocolate mixture.

Sift together 1 C flour, baking powder and salt and stir into chocolate egg mixture. Toss remaining 12 oz of chocolate chips with 1/4 C flour to coat and stir into brownie mix.

Spray 2 9x13x2 baking pans with non-stick spray. Divide batter between 2 pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
