Salad:

2-3 bunches spinach
8 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 lb. boiled ham, chopped
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 small green onions, chopped
1 lb. peas
1/2 lb fried bacon



Dressing:

1 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together. Arrange salad in the following order: spinach, cheese, onion, egg, peas, ham, and dressing. Repeat until all is used. Do not use too much spinach or it does not mix through. Best if made the night before.
