1 pkge yellow cake mix 1 pkge vanilla instant pudding 4 eggs ½ cup oil 1 cup water 1 bar chocolate- grated 1 6 oz pkge chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips with a mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips and bake in a greased tube pan at 350 for 55 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
