Ingredients:	Ingredients: 4 c. quick oatmeal 1 c. packed brown sugar 3/4 c. softened butter 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 1/4 c. Karo Syrup 1 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter divided into 1 c. for topping and 1/4 c. for crust.

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 400º. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, Karo syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and butter in a bowl. Press into prepared pan. Bake crust for 12 minutes. When done baking remove from oven and let cool 20 seconds. While crust is baking combine milk chocolate chips butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Spread on hot crust. Put in freeze for 1 hour and 30 min or until firm and fully cooled. Remove bars from pan and cut into squares to serve.
