broccoli, frozen or fresh, cooked and drained
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
bread crumbs
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place pre-cooked broccoli and chicken in baking dish. Mix soup, water and mayonnaise and pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with cheddar and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Freezes well - if you're planning on freezing, undercook the broccoli.

This dish is from my friend, Julie Helman. It is so quick and easy and you can use any type of cream soup (chicken, celery, mushroom, broccoli/cheese). I usually use my cream soup mix to save on calories and fat.
