1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
6 ounces uncooked oats
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar (divided)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Combine flour, oats, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder and salt
Combine milk, egg, oil with fork and add to flour mixture, beat until well blended.
Fold in blueberries, pour into muffin tins
Combine remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle .
Bake 20 - 25 minutes
