2 1/4 lb. shredded hashbrowns
1 lb. shredded American cheese
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sour cream and milk.

Assemble as follows:
Layer of hashbrowns
Layer of salt and pepper
Layer of cheese
Layer of hashbrowns
Layer of salt and pepper
Layer of sour cream mixture
Layer of cheese

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
