Mix together the following ingredients and press in a 9x13 pan.
1 lb. or 2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. crushed peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. and 1 1/2 tsp. water

Melt the following ingredients and spread on top:
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening
