1 medium-sized onion, minced
1 green pepper, minced
1 lb ground beef or turkey
2 cups or 1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 cup yellow corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in 1 tbsp butter until golden brown…

Remove from skillet. Add and brown…
1 lb ground beef or turkey

Drain grease. Add and stir until blended…
2 cups or 1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 cup yellow corn meal

Simmer on medium heat…
If dry add water every time it looks dry
Add 1 can creamed corn or whole corn
Add 2 or 3 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper and cook 30 minutes
Add ¼ cup ripe olives, sliced last 5 minutes or as garnish.
