"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Pork or Beef Country Style Ribs 1 lemon 1 onion 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
Line a 13 x 9 pan with enough aluminum foil to be able to seal ribs. Place ribs in dish. Season with salt, pepper, your favorite seasoning. Place slices of lemon and onion on top. Cover in entire bottle of BBQ Sauce. Seal foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
I have been making this entree for 20 years. It never fails.
