2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 scant cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
fat and juices from roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs well. Add milk and continue beating. Add flour and salt and continue beating. Mixture will be somewhat liquid.

Pour into roast beef roasting pan with the hot juice and all but some of the fat. Juice should cover the bottom of the pan and then some!

Bake in hot oven at 425º for 30 to 40 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve with roast beef and gravy.
