1 can crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup sliced hashbrowns
1 onion, diced
1 small can mushrooms
1 package grated cheese ( your choice ) - I use Velveeta - just cut into very small cubes - it makes it much more creamy and wonderful.

Brown pork sausage. Use a 13 x 9 pan; grease the pan and pat the crescent rolls out across the bottom. Mix together eggs and milk. Add pork sausage, hashbrowns, onion and mushrooms to egg mixture. Pour into the cake pan. Cover the top with cheese. Bake at 350 until done, about 30 minutes.
