1 egg white slightly beaten 2 cups pecans 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300º. toss nuts in egg white until throughly coated. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Toss or stir nuts into sugar mixture to coat. Spread nuts in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
