2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 cube butter - softened (not sure how much that is)
2 - 5 oz jars Old English Sharp cheese
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
10 shakes Tobasco sauce
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup nuts (Walnuts are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together except for nuts, and chill for 2 hours. You can make several small cheese balls if you want, just separate the mixture and wrap the balls in wax paper and chill. After chilled, shape into ball or balls and roll in chopped nuts or dried parsley. Wrap in saran wrap and freeze extra.
