1 1/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. orange extract
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. orange zest
1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest. In bowl cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla, egg, and orange extract. Gradually add flour mixture to cream mixture. Then stir in white chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful on baking sheet. Dip bottom of glass in sugar then onto Cook to flatten. Bake 10-12 minutes.
