20 pieces of chicken

Coating:
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp paprika

Butter for the pan

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking pan with foil for easy clean up. Melt one cube of butter in the pan.

Combine all of coating ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake the chicken in the coating a few pieces at a time. Place the chicken pieces skin side down in the melted butter.

Bake at 425º for 35 minutes. Turn the chicken over and bake another 15 minutes until browned and done.
