1 tube (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough.
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping , thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Pat cookie dough onto bottom of an ungreased
15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 º for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on wire rack. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the crust. Arrange fruit on top.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, corn, orange juice and pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.
