1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp almond flavoring
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, and flavoring thoroughly. Measure flour by dipping. Work in flour. Using 1/4 of the dough at a time, force down through a cookie press on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes or until set, but not brown.
