1 pkg. pork sausage
12 eggs
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (10.75oz) milk
1 (4.5oz) can slicked mushrooms, drained
1 (32oz) pkg. frozen potato rounds
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat and cook evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9 pan.

In a large bowl, beat together eggs, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in sausage and mushrooms, pour into baking dish. Mix in the frozen potato rounds

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
