2-3 chicken breasts
2 tblsp. taco seasoning
1 jar black bean salsa of your choice (I like the Vidalia one)
1/2 cup apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken breasts, toss with taco seasoning. Brown in skillet with a little oil until done.

Place chicken in small crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Heat on low for a few hours. Serve with Frito Scoops
