Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe

3 or 4 chicken breasts
1 - 1 1/2 cups buffalo wing sauce ( I use Otts)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (any cheese of your choice will do)
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken breasts, brown in skillet in a little oil - may brown with chopped onion. Drain and stir in wing sauce - heat through.

Roll out pizza dough onto greased baking sheet. Brush dough with a small amount of wing sauce. Spread chicken mixture over crust, top with cheese.

Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
