3 cups milk
12 oz can of beer
16 oz Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
3 dashes hot sauce
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and beer in a dutch oven. Cook over low heat, or fire until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Add cheese, bouillon, and hot sauce. Cook over fire until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Combine flour and water, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir flour mixture into cheese mixture; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
