1 package active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
3 cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Pizza Sauce ( or you can used canned )
15 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Toppings:
ground beef
Italian sausage
pepperoni
Canadian bacon
mushrooms
green peppers
onions
ripe olives

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º Grease jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in bisquick and beat vigorously 20 strokes. Turn dough onto a well floured surface. Knead until smooth and no longer sticky, about 60 times. Let dough rest for 5 minutes. Press dough into bottom and up sides of pan, or pat into rectangle on cookie sheet pinching edges to form rim. Spread sauce over top. Top with desired toppings. Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake on lowest oven rack until crust is brown and cheese is melted and bubbly, 15 - 20 minutes.
