8 oz pkg Medium Noodles
1lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Rinse & drain. Brown beef in butter in skillet. Add pepper, salt, and garlic salt, then add tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped onions, and noodles. In greased 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture beginning with noodles and ending with meat.

Top with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown
