1 chuck roast
1 lb baby carrots
6 potatoes, quartered with skins
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 13 x 9 pan or roasting pan with cooking spray. Place the chuck roast in the center of the pan. On one side place the baby carrots, on the other side, place the potatoes. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast and vegetables. Add 1 cup water to the pan. Cover with foil or a lid and bake for 3 hours at 350º
