6 pork chops
1 box pork stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Brown pork chops in skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. While browning pork chops make the boxed stuffing. Lay pork chops in pan. Spoon stuffing on top of pork chops. Mix together soup and water and pour over pork chops and stuffing. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes at 350º. The last 5 minutes take off foil.

This recipe can be made with chicken also, just use chicken stuffing and cream of chicken soup.
